Who needs Competitive Intelligence?

project-img2

Competitive intelligence is certainly not a new field.
Nathan Rothschild, a name synonymous with wealth, used some timely information to make a fortune on the London Stock Exchange following the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Today, business intelligence is a 60 billion dollar industry worth, quite literally, a fortune to companies like Apple and Rebok. Fortune 500 companies have long realized the value of information but it is just as important, and just as accessible, to small business owners. Competitive intelligence is more than just competitor intelligence, it gives businesses predictive and proactive information to make strategic decisions rather than simply reacting to markets and circumstances.
