Students
Do you get frustrated navigating your library's website or trying to find things in the databases?
Do you know how to tell if a source is scholarly or peer-reviewed ?
Do you know which sources a professor is likely to accept (or not)?
Do you know how to tell if a website is reputable?
Do you know how to cite your sources properly?
What We Don't Do--We won't write your term paper for you
What We Do--We take you with us in live time into the databases to gather up material for your project. You see what we see. As we compile an information packet of scholarly articles, statistics, and more, we explain why one source is superior to another for your particular topic. We share our search strategy so you can do additional research on your own if you want. Next we lay out a timeline so your project gets done on time, proof your outline, and critique your rough draft. We make sure your content notes and references are formatted properly.
Help yourself to some FREE research at Tobey's After Hours Lounge.
